Troubleshooting: Region/Provider Results Look Wrong

Fix incorrect streaming provider results by verifying your country/region and saved providers.

Streaming availability varies by country/region and by provider. If the Streaming section doesn’t match what you expect, it’s usually due to region settings or catalog differences.

  1. Go to Profile (/profile).
  2. Open the Streaming tab.
  3. Confirm Country/Region is correct.
  4. Click Save Preferences (even if unchanged).

Selected providers are emphasized so you can spot your services quickly. If nothing is highlighted, you may not have any providers selected (that doesn’t prevent results, it just affects highlighting).

Provider catalogs can differ based on:

  • Your region
  • Subscription plan and add-ons
  • Title licensing changes over time

It’s normal for a title to show providers you don’t personally subscribe to.

Try a different title to rule out a title-specific gap. Some titles simply don’t have provider data for your region.
